The Department of Economics at the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka (RUSL), has introduced the Short Course on Statistical Techniques for Social Research – Intake I for 2025. This program is designed to equip participants with the essential statistical tools and practical skills needed to excel in social science research.

About the Course
The course emphasizes foundational statistical knowledge, hands-on SPSS training, and practical skills tailored to data analysis in social sciences. Participants will gain confidence in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and non-parametric methods to effectively communicate research findings.
