The Faculty of Management Studies at Rajarata University of Sri Lanka is now accepting applications for Vacancies for Temporary Academic Positions. Qualified candidates are invited to apply for the Temporary Senior Lecturer, Temporary Assistant Lecturer, and Temporary Instructor positions across various departments.

Vacancies by Department:

1. Department of Accountancy & Finance
   • Temporary Senior Lecturer/Assistant Lecturer in Advanced Accounting Theory, Corporate Reporting, Business Valuation, Data Analytics, and Financial Statement Analysis.
   • Temporary Assistant Lecturer/Instructor in Business English and Business Communication.
2. Department of Business Management
   • Temporary Senior Lecturer/Assistant Lecturer in Organizational Behavior, Managerial Economics, Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, and Creativity & Innovation Management.
   • Temporary Assistant Lecturer/Instructor in Business Communication and Business English.
3. Department of Information Systems
   • Temporary Senior Lecturer/Assistant Lecturer in System Analysis and Design, Business Process Management, Operating Systems and IT Infrastructure, and Information Systems Security.
4. Department of Marketing Management
   • Temporary Senior Lecturer/Assistant Lecturer in Consumer Behavior, Sales and Retail Management, Content Marketing, Product and Brand Management, Data-Driven Marketing, Global Marketing, and Sustainable Marketing.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Temporary Senior Lecturer:
  Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Special/Honors degree in the relevant field (First or Second Class Upper Division), a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree, and a minimum of six years of teaching, professional, or research experience.
• Temporary Assistant Lecturer:
  Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Special/Honors degree in the relevant field with First or Second Class Upper Division.
• Temporary Instructor:
  Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree with TESL or English as a subject.

Salary Scale:

• Temporary Senior Lecturer: Rs. 79,360 per month (fixed).
• Temporary Assistant Lecturer: Rs. 49,860 per month (fixed).
• Temporary Instructor: Rs. 41,095 per month (fixed).
