Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
2. A Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
3. A Higher/Executive Diploma from the IHRA or equivalent, with at least two years of relevant work experience.
