Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM) University of Colombo

The University of Colombo’s Department of Human Resource Management, is pleased to announce the opening of applications for its Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM) program for the academic year 2024-2025. This program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge required to become proficient HR professionals, endorsed by one of the nation’s prestigious universities.

Program Details:

• Duration: 1 year
• Medium of Instruction: English/Sinhala
• Classes: Sundays
• Qualification Level: SLOF 3 / NVQ L5

Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

1. A minimum of three passes in any subject stream of GCE (A/L) in one and the same sitting.
2. A minimum of five years of executive-level experience in any public or private organization, along with at least six passes in GCE (O/L) in one and the same sitting.

Additionally, applicants must have a good command of either English or Sinhala, the languages of instruction for the program.
