MA in Development Studies and Public Policy OUSL | Open University of Sri Lanka Announces Admissions for MA in Development Studies & Public Policy for 2024/25

The Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL) is now accepting applications for its Master of Arts (MA) in Development Studies & Public Policy program for the academic year 2024/25. This advanced degree is designed for professionals and graduates who are keen on enhancing their expertise in the fields of development planning, administration, and public policy implementation.

Admission Requirements:

To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

• A degree from a recognized university, or
• An equivalent or higher qualification acceptable to the OUSL Senate, along with at least one (1) year of work experience in planning, administration, and implementation of development projects.

In addition, applicants may be required to undergo an interview conducted by the Department of Social Studies, based on the need.
